Are you ready to expand your awareness and come home to yourself ?

Welcome!

My name is Shideh, founder of Aramesh Well Being. As a Well Being Coach my mission is to help overstressed and under resourced individuals find their way back to themselves. I absolutely love supporting people who have experienced life unexpected. Things didn’t quite go how you imagined — whether it’s sudden loss, divorce, infertility — and now what?

My goal is to help you see that you are your own true healer, and that when life asks you without much warning to become the captain of your own ship, that you are more than capable. It’s possible to move beyond being the victim. Through practices and tools that help regulate the nervous system and increase mindful awareness, intuitive in the moment coaching, as well as writing exercises to help process stuck emotions, you can build a new and deeper relationship with yourself.

The intention is to never fix or change your experience, but to rather sit with life — the beauty and the messiness —  from an embodied space so you can understand where you are stuck and make more empowering choices. It’s a practice! As your coach my job is to help you see what you might not see on your own, to share questions, ideas, writing prompts that might help you shift your perspective, and to guide you in creating consistency and expanding the tools that live within your toolbox.

I’ve invested a lot of time and energy into exploring and training in different healing modalities, and Aramesh Well Being is a merging of these tools, practices, and creative outlets that can help any one of us feel grounded and at peace no matter what expected or unexpected waves life brings our way.

With Love,

Shideh

“Things falling apart is a kind of testing and also a kind of healing. We think the point is to pass the test or to overcome the problem, but the truth is that things don’t really get solved. They come together and they fall apart. Then they come together and fall apart again. It’s just like that. The healing comes from letting there be room for all of this to happen: room for grief, for relief, for misery, for joy.”

Who is Aramesh Well Being For?

Anyone feeling stressed or overwhelmed in life who needs support in building mindful awareness and learning how to prioritize their own well being. Maybe you are overwhelmed from looking outside of yourself for answers and are ready to look within.

If you have experienced life unexpected — loss of any kind— and are searching for a way to navigate this new chapter of your life. You might be feeling lost or stuck and need a guide to help you honor where you are at and understand how to move forward.

People who have tried therapy and might be looking for a different, more personalized approach. You might or might not have any experience with writing but you are open to using it as a tool to process stuck emotions.

There is no controlling life.
Try corralling a lightning bolt, containing a tornado.
Dam a stream and it will create a new channel.
Resist, and the tide will sweep you off your feet.

Allow, and grace will carry you to higher ground.
The only safety lies in letting it all in —
the wild and the weak —
fear, fantasies, failures, and success.

When loss rips off the doors of your heart
or sadness veils your vision with despair,
practice becomes simply bearing the truth.
In the choice to let go of your known way of being,
the whole world is revealed to your new eyes.
